MIDSOMMAR SWIM RETURN POLICY
Midsommar Swim will gladly accept returns/ exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be clean with sanitary liners (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), unwashed and with original hang tags attached. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All items purchased during a sale of 30% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange for a different size we can accommodate your request only if inventory is available.
A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable. Customer will be responsible for return/ exchange shipping, with the exception that the garment they received was defective or the incorrect item, in which case they should include that information in their email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return label.
DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS:
- Contact email@example.com to let us know you’d like to make a return or exchange.
- Include your email associated with the order and order number.
- If your return is eligible, Midsommar Swim will email you a prepaid shipping label (if the product received was damaged or incorrect from your original order), otherwise you can print your own from USPS.com or purchase one at your local post office.
- Include invoice and clean unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original package or package of choice.
- Attach your label to the package, addressed to the return address listed, and secure with tape.
- Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.
